  • Item Condition: The product must remain unused, in its original condition, and packaged as received.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or valid proof of purchase must be provided to complete your claim.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Discounted sale items
  • Sarees with blouse stitching, fall and pico attachment
  • Kurtis undergoing custom stitching

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • You’ll receive an email confirming receipt and the status of your refund request.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 15 days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
